Hey60 started with an idea to connect with other people who are working to navigate through this new chapter of their lives. The goal is to live life on our own terms while finding peace in the process. I am a mother, a grandmother and a woman who has found that the past few years have left me behind. I have made the decision to move forward gracefully and spend every moment I have left doing any and all things I’ve wanted to do and not feel guilty about living. I hope you join me in this journey.

How I hoped it would be
I always imagined life would feel a little lighter than this—filled with more ease, more laughter, more of those little moments that make the world glow. I hoped it would be softer around the edges, gentler in its lessons. But even in the spaces where it doesn’t look the way I pictured, I’m still holding onto hope for the life I once dreamed of.

Learning to put myself first hasn’t been selfish—it’s been survival. Choosing my peace, my health, my boundaries, and my happiness means I finally stopped pouring from an empty cup. I deserve the same love I’ve always given so freely to others.
Waiting for success
Success isn’t just money, titles, or recognition. For me, success looks like peace of mind, freedom to choose my own path, surrounding myself with the right people, and waking up proud of who I am becoming.
To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.
